Parking can be rediculous as it's mall parking, best to NOT park where Google tells you to (in front of the main entrance to PF Chang's and Lazy Dog) and go over to the side of the building by the entrance to the Mitsuwa Food Court for easiest access!

“Somehow I had never tried this place until about a month ago through Uber eats when I was craving an Apple fritter. Have ordered a few times since and think I’ve found my favorite donut/breakfast sandwich place in LA. Everything is always super fresh even if I order at 3 in the afternoon. The fritter is huge and might be the best I’ve ever had. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are perfect as are the other donuts I’ve had. So happy places like this still exist!!!“

It's conveniently located right along the side of the road, so you can just pull up into the 30-minute parking zone, walk in, grab your donuts, and be on your way, no hassle. This is one of my all-time favorite Korean donut shops🍩❤️ It was my go-to spot in Korea, so when I found out they had a location in LA, I had to check it out right away. I’m amazed at how they’ve managed to keep the taste exactly the same! The dough is perfectly chewy, and the cream inside is lightly sweetened, making it absolutely delicious. Every flavor is great, but if you go, I highly recommend the pistachio, crème brûlée, and tiramisu—they’re an absolute must-try!❤️

It was a little past 10 and they were nearly sold out of donuts... a testament to their deliciousness. I still managed to get 4 for my family. My only regret was not also ordering a ham and cheese croissant, another childhood favorite.They accept cash and credit card and service is fast and friendly. I don't know if the current owners are rated to the owners from over 20 years ago, but they're just as nice.“
