Preordered mini Halloween cupcakes at $35 per dozen and we ordered 2 dozen. And they have no bags to bag them up so as we were leaving one of the top boxes shifted, and we lost gripping of it and so the cupcakes shifted all over the box asked them if they could fix the decorations. They told us they could fix it but they would charge us $35 more Just to redecorate. Absolute horrendous customer service. Especially for someone that is a frequent customer.
