I ordered from this spot and my order notes were forgotten. I called to get it resolved and spent ten minutes screaming at the stupid automated system before finally getting transferred to the store. Then after I finally get to speak to a human, they totally blew off their error and offered no means of correction, then put me on hold to “get a manager”...read full review
I am still a fan of Chipotle even after their big E. Coli screw up a couple years back plus some more isolated ones but it makes me nervous nonetheless. I always have a carnitas burrito bowl with the works and it was excellent this time around.
