This restaurant is one of several in an upscale "food court". It is easy to miss & I'm glad I didn't. You can dine in cafeteria style, totally casual or take out. For a family with mixed tastes this would be ideal so everyone can get what they want. The two dishes I had, I really enjoyed. Love the food! Very authentic Taiwanese food great service and very clean. They were definitely not stingy with the beef in the beef soup noodle! Every item in the menu is very high quality Will recommend this place to all My friends and family!
After having tried the beef noodle soup here, I now know why it has the rating it does. The highlight is the beef, tripe and tendon, which soaked up all the flavors and were tender and juicy. You also get a lot of this quality meat. The soup is nice and flavorful but doesn't have the spices you'd find in a typical Taiwaneses beef noodle soup.
