Pretty laid-back place on Sunday. People were hanging out inside and outside, looked like some people were working. My favorite. Favorite there is always a latte with regular milk. Nice staff, latte was just right.

Peets coffee used to be the best but recently their coffee is weak. In a medium latte and large they put the same shot of espresso. Why? I don't get a large latte to get more milk

I tried the iced mocha and it was delicious, not overly sweet, just creamy, refreshing, and perfect for a hot day. The staff were friendly and the baristas clearly know their craft. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back...
