Abundant sandwiches and treats which were all delicious. We felt let down with several pots of black tea that were very weak and packaged candy for the kids that appeared to be leftover from the bottom of a Halloween bag. Staff appeared overworked and harried, not cheerful as you would hope. Recommend going during a less busy time. Very crowded which led to a hectic not relaxing experience.
I’ve been here several of times and been meaning to write a review. This place should be 5 stars. From the food, ambiance, and service! My server Sam and Maddy were beyond amazing! Gabby the owner is so welcoming as well. For the price you truly get value. Everything is baked freshly daily and it truly shows. My family and I had the best experience here. it’s honestly the best tea house in the bay area! everything tastes so fresh and delicious! definitely go to the holiday high tea. it is $10 more expensive but the tier is beyond deluxe!
