Sabio feels like a hidden gem because it’s pretty easy to get a table and the food is very reasonably priced (priced the same as nearby Pleasanton restaurants, but the quality, execution, and service is way higher). It has a fantastic brunch menu, dinner, and happy hour ($1.50 oysters and lots of tasty small bites!). Best restaurant in the trivalley!
Excellent food and great place in the middle of Pleasanton.
We ordered the chips with the dip, which was great (especially the dip). My wife ordered the spiked lassi, which initially was too cardamomy, but our host at the restaurant made one more with more citrus, which according to my wife was delicious. I got traditional gin and tonic, which was excellent.

We have come to expect wonderful experiences from Sabio. Tonight they delivered an absolutely delightful dinner, each dish was flawless. We feasted on several sharable plates including rich, creamy oysters; appitizers - pork belly with peaches; corn with miso soup; risotto; and peaches & cream with donuts. The service team seamlessly cared for us. It was a perfect evening, we look forward to many return visits.
