Food and service were great! An additional bonus was talking to Ray Bartemolucci (I hope I spelled that right) and his son, who was managing that night. We've been going to Strizzis for nearly 40 years, and it was the Copper River salmon that started us at Strizzis, and which is what all four of us had last night. Ray comped my sister's dessert, as we were there celebrating her birthday. Ray and his son made it a special night!
Last night we dined at Strizzi's in Pleasanton, California. We started out with a house salad and a spinach salad delicious then we moved onto the “ wild copper river salmon” for specials for the for the season. My wife had the salmon cooked over Mesquite grill came with mashed potatoes and vegetable. I had the salmon pappardelle and I paired that with the Livermores Wente River Ranch Chardonnay .  we took our dessert of their fantastic bread, pudding with caramel...
I had lunch at the restaurant and all the food we ordered were delicious. They were in good portions and well worth the price. Service was good too. I will definitely go back again.
