The Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect.® offers a great setting shared with the hotel lobby, providing a comfortable space to enjoy drinks, cookies, fruits, and breakfast. The service is excellent, with friendly and competent staff. The rooms and common areas are modern, clean, and welcoming. Despite being quite expensive, the practical and comfortable room layout adds to the overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Interstate 580, about a 20-25 minute drive to Oakland airport. While the hotel could use an upgrade, the outstanding customer service, especially from Michael at the front desk, makes up for any shortcomings. However, guests should be aware that parking comes at an additional cost.
