Excellent staff and facility. Great rooms and common areas - clean, modern and minimalist yet welcoming and warm. Room layout is practical and very comfortable. Absolutely outstanding friendly, knowledgeable and competent staff.
After a long day flying into Oakland from the east coast in December with bad weather, we arrived frazzled & tired but ok. Since we were on east coast time, we just wanted to eat & go to bed. Michael, a front desk attendant, gave us outstanding customer service - the best we have ever seen from a front desk staff. He went out of his way for us as they tried to help us figure out a way to get to Lake Tahoe in between blizzards. There was also a female front desk clerk who was helping...read full review

The place is great. Nice setting and comfortable. The service is great too. The place is shared with the hotel lobby.You can have a drink and they propose cookies, fruits and breakfast. Quite expensive though for the quality. I am not a fan of industrial food and my stomach reminds me about it each time.
