We measure all other wines by the wines at Cooper. We love the Barbera, the Primitivo, the Grenache and the Grand Viognier.
Probably our favorite winery in Amador. We are members here and also volunteer at their wine events. The Cooper family have been great and we love almost every single wine that they make.
Moving away from the Napa Valley after fourteen years there was tough. I knew several people in the wine industry there. Through those relationships I learned a lot about wine and wine making. The winery is known for its consistent quality, great service, and top recognition in competitions. With plenty of parking and a welcoming environment, Cooper Vineyards is a winery worth bragging about.
