“What an establishment. one could not go wrong stopping here. The food was to die for, the wines were DELISH. There is a wine for everybody even the non drinkers have coffee and different refreshments. VIEW IS SPECTACULAR… nestled in the hills of Amador county. Lanelle was our host and was EXTREMELY versed in all product knowledge and went the extra mile to ensure the experience was a blast. The whole staff made the LA Mesa Vineyard experience spectacular.“

“Out of the 9 wineries we went to this weekend Vino Noceto is the one I would tell everyone to go JUST to visit this winery, experience the wine and enjoy the conversation. The winery itself is nice - lots of space inside and outside. Bring a picnic, spend the afternoon and definitely see if you can pick just ONE wine ... because there were too many I loved to stick with one! The host and hostess - amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the wines and has a passion that had us hanging on every word. Plus he was so much fun and engaging we thought he was the owner! Lots of things to purchase inside - beautiful candles, massage cream, etc on top of crackers, etc. Don't get me started on the balsamic and oil! WOW! There wasn't a single other winery that we enjoyed every bottle that was poured for us. We will be back just to spend the afternoon with a few of our favs! (the price point is reasonable as well!). We came in sundresses however there were casual and moderately casually dressed people. Shorts and tshirts etc would have been fine as well. TRY THE WINE SLUSHY! 10 out of 10. I'll drive the hour for this winery.“

“Sera Fina Cellars is such an unexpected delight. We had no idea there were wineries so close to Sacramento. It is just a beautiful hour and a half drive away. The owner was so friendly and greeted us right away. He brought us such delicious wines to taste while enjoying our picnic lunch. I highly recommend the Barbera. A red wine that has all the full body flavors one would want in a red wine but none of the bitter flavors. All of the wines were ones I'd love to have at my table. Also bonus they have ciders as well.“

“First time there today and we were met by the owner. Great wines and she described all her wines and shared her story. It was so personal and NOT corporate sounding... We bought a glass to enjoy with our lunch and it was very difficult choosing which one we wanted!!! A must visit for sure!!!“

“I heard good things about their beer but honestly I wasn't expecting it to be that much better than your average small town brewery. The guy pouring was super nice and let me try a couple before deciding and even chatted about where the hops came from which I thought was a cool touch. I grabbed the IPA and it was honestly so crisp and balanced, not just a bitter bomb like some places do, and it went perfect with their pretzel. The whole place has a really relaxed vibe, kind of feels like a garage hangout but in a welcoming way that makes you want to sit for another one. My wife got a sour that she was really into and even she was impressed. We ended up staying way longer than we planned and I am already thinking about when we can get back up there.“

“A truly unforgettable tasting experience and fantastic low-sulfite wines. The tasting experience had us journey through the catalog with an encouragement to find our own tasting notes and walked us through the history of the property and its owner-winemaker. The most unforgettable moment was a barrel tasting, which none of us had done before, for an upcoming release which we had the opportunity to purchase futures of. Extremely delicious and memorable Barbera and Sangiovese varietals. Relaxing cave tasting room was especially enjoyable on a hot day. We have a sulfite-sensitive member of our group and she felt no noticeable effects at all, even at the end of the tasting, due to the very low-sulfite process used here. A bit farther back from the road, this secluded property is a must-stop for anyone visiting the region.“
