TKC is all about the wine with no fuss or fancy. Really, you will taste in their underground base of operations in front of the fermentation vats and next to the aging wine barrels. Even the exterior is all business, but this makes for a very unique experience in the overall touristy area. I've been a club member for years. I buy cases at a time. When they release their wine every year and if I'm unable to get there to taste it, I'll buy it site-un-seen (tasted) since I know I'll like it every time. I like that it's small and family owed and they don't charge to taste, unlike others in the area. It's my favorite winery.

This is a must visit place in Amador County. This operation is along a small road off the main wine highway in Amador County. Just some nice folks doing their thing with wine in a metal shed.
