Great little place. Clean, recently updated, very nice people. The food is legit. Birria is fantastic. Burritos are solid. Ingredients authentic. It's worth a trip. Every time we are near portola we come here. Love it.
I have always greatly enjoyed the food at Rico's. Now after their remodel not only is there more room inside they added new items to their menu. Also they now have shredded chicken and beef. I had a shredded chicken chimichanga that was absolutely delicious. Rico's was always great, but is now even better.

We went as a family at the end of April and we were all so very pleased at the change.
The service was wonderful!
The food was everything we wanted (even for my extremely picky eater) we all ate every bite!
The new look of the place totally surprised us all, it's absolutely beautiful!
