Big fan of the ice cream, not a fan of the service. We did not feel welcome and felt rushed despite being the only customers. I’m not sure why we were treated in this manner. Will not be coming back
We went there today with our two toddlers and 9 year old. To use a gift card my 9 year old got for her birthday! We got ice cream there were no tables inside. I had not paid attention and assumed maybe they had their tables outside we walked outside with our ice cream to sit and there were no tables. I went to this location on Saturday just to treat myself with some ice-cream. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! The teens running this place is beyond disgrace, full of attitude, disrespect and I do think they are price gouging for ice-cream at this location. Also, God forbid if you ask them for something small like hot fudge as extra, they charge you an inflated fee for an add when you have already spent $15.00 on an ice-cream.
