“Love this spot, good vibes and drinks are poured strong and with love. Our all time favorite bartender ever works here and her name is Karie with a K, and we literally only come here when she works because she’s that awesome. Great local vibe, karaoke with a good turnout, and heck, these people can sing. I recommend coming here. Or don’t, your loss.“

The abidance is very inviting , however, I think all the chairs have legs that are only short on one side. I always felt that I was going to slip off.
The bar and bathroom were very clean, but I think the toilet may had been installed off tilt. The water looked to be level but I felt that I was peeing on a hill. We had a great time.
The bartenders were so nice, particularly Mark and Coop. They made top notch drinks and the drink value was very affordable. We decided to shoot some billiards but again, I felt something was off. I think maybe, their cue balls were slightly egg shaped. Seems like I could never make a shot. My grandfather had a pool table. The sticks may have been a little wobbly as well but the tips were new.
Towards the end of the night, it seemed like they started a pulsing effect on the lights, which was in sync with the music. Made the end a lot of fun. I felt love by everyone there as I seemed everyone was talking about me.
Lastly, I think fair oaks need to repaint the lines on the street. They don’t look straight.
Had a great time. Can’t wait to go back. I hope the next time I visit, they still sell the hats for $10. I understand that was a good deal.“

“Nice friendly neighborhood bar and dining room. At cafe portion the star of the show is their wonderful Tacos on house fried corn tortillas. None of that taco shell garbage here. Their beans are really good but they are a little hot but great for those of us who like spicy.“

“The pig is just a fun bar with Great karaoke on Friday, Sunday and Monday along with great service every day. Happy hour starts at nine and I happen to like PBR, which is only two dollars. They also have a fun dice game or all the die and get a two dollar shot. Yep, it’s fun!“

“Didn’t rate food because they didn’t serve food back when I last visited, but I do want to share that I’ve been enjoying the Tallac Lounge Since When “Charlie” served Chocolate Chocodile Appetizers ! And The Billiard Area was a Storeroom Before Mike Moore ? Purchased it and Created The Game-Room Richard Was Always Hospitable Which Was Like A Tradition Of Sorts, Many Many Good Friends That Have Passed That Just Happened To Be There To Have Had That Unfortunate Unknowingly Last Drink With, By Itself A Blessing, The Sacramento Bee Had A Two Page Story On Charlie Back In The Day And His Contribution To Making The Colonial and Tower Theaters What They Became, Shout Out To My Cousins Who Have Had A Business There Since Before Even Milanos Pizza And When Group 3 Was Started If I Remember right, Fred’s Corner Store On Thee Way To HJHS 84’ Alumni from Lawrence Park to Tahoe Park, East Portal Park To Land Park, Discovery Park, We Run in Certain Circles knowingly or unknowingly, but we’ve all crossed paths and we’ve all frequented these Neighborhood Joints That Deliver The Ambience, Vibe, Mood, Atmosphere, Energy, etc. And Anytime I Show Up, I Know Somebody, Thats Through My Eyes Since My First Visit In 1987 Turning 21.
Not To Mention My Appreciation Ti The Current Owners Fir Keeping It Neighborly, Knowing Tgey Were Customers Before Iwners Like I Know Charlie Would Have a Gal Drive Him Down To The Tallac In A Golf-cart To Turn The Tallac Lights On When Mike Owned It Per Their Agreement.“
