McDonald's is a place where the team often meets on Fridays, greeted by friendly staff like Myleisha and the Mexican guy. The restaurant is pretty clean, serving typical McDonald's fare. One customer shared that service has declined over the years, noting that it used to be reliable for fresh food and good service but now feels poorly managed. Another customer mentioned that they ordered breakfast almost daily and always received courteous, friendly, and efficient service from staff who work hard to satisfy customers.
The location has an order kiosk, and food is brought out as ordered, but some customers feel staff are not paying enough attention to the front area, making it hard for children to get ketchup or assistance. A customer appreciated the convenience of ordering through the app, which ensures hot and fresh food, but found the lack of designated mobile pick-up spots inconvenient and suggested improvements. Overall, McDonald's offers standard fast food with friendly service, but it could benefit from more attentive staff and better mobile order pick-up options.
