I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at Safeway in Rancho Cordova, California, all thanks to an employee named Tracy. Her prompt assistance and unwavering positivity made our shopping trip delightful. Tracy's engagement and enthusiasm, especially while helping the cashier, were particularly impressive. I have seen the transformation of this Safeway from since I was a kid to now. It looks great and the shelves are wel stocked. The customer service is great on the store floor but some of the cashiers aren't very talkative but that's ok. There are always lines here with about a 15 minute wait when you're past the 10 item limit and have to go to the regular lines. It's kept clean and patrons all seem friendly. I actually love this Safeway. It is clean, has everything I need and the staff are friendly. Tonight I was a little miffed because the far right entrance was locked (by where the Girl Scout cookies were being sold) and I had to walk to the other door (I'm on a walker)I called . Ryan, the manager , was very polite and apologetic. I appreciate that. I didn't realize that entrance needed to be locked at 1915. Good to know for future trips to Safeway.
