Subway in Rancho Cordova

“There was a lot of construction happening outside when I visited, and the location was clearly understaffed-only one person working. She was an Indian girl with glasses, and despite everything going on, she handled it all with incredible professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. The bathrooms were closed, no nachos, and there was no fountain water available-only bottled water for purchase, which was inconvenient. Normally I'd give this 3 stars due to the conditions, but her outstanding customer service made it a 5-star experience. She absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise).“

“Friendly staff making my sandwiches just the way I like them. It's a fine location.

Vegetarian options: Not great, unfortunately. There's a plant-based protein option, but it's almost hidden on the menu like a shameful secret. I pay for extra cheese and to add avocado - which ends up rather pricey for a "value" chain.“

“The day I went, they were only taking online orders, many customers came and went, rather than order online and wait. I decided to sit in the restaurant and place my order. I ordered 6 sandwiches. Went through the long online process. Waited 20 minutes and Sadly my order was all messed up. Makes me weary of ordering from them online in the future.“
