“There was a lot of construction happening outside when I visited, and the location was clearly understaffed-only one person working. She was an Indian girl with glasses, and despite everything going on, she handled it all with incredible professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. The bathrooms were closed, no nachos, and there was no fountain water available-only bottled water for purchase, which was inconvenient. Normally I'd give this 3 stars due to the conditions, but her outstanding customer service made it a 5-star experience. She absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise).“
“I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway, thanks to Mina! As soon as I walked into the restaurant, she greeted me with a big, warm smile and such a friendly attitude. We even had a nice little conversation about how busy Mondays can be, which made the visit feel personal and welcoming.
Mina was incredibly polite, patient, and professional the entire time. She made my sandwich quickly and neatly while still taking the time to ask if I wanted anything else added. You could tell she cared about making sure everything was just right. The station and prep area were spotless, and she handled everything with care and confidence.
What really stood out to me was how kind and genuine Mina was — she truly made my day. I came from another Subway location where the employees were rude, but Mina completely changed my impression. She’s the perfect example of what great customer service should look like.
On top of that, we found out that both of our names, Sattar and Mina, are Persian — which was such a fun and unexpected discovery! It made the whole experience even more memorable.
