On Christmas Eve, with less than 24 hours’ notice, my original baker let me know she couldn’t make my daughter’s gender reveal cake. I was panicked and heartbroken… until Christine truly saved the day.
Not only did she step in during the holidays, but she went above and beyond to accommodate the exact flavors my daughter wanted. She recommended the blueberry mousse in place of fresh blueberries, paired with a lemon cake—and it was absolutely incredible.
The cake was beautiful, delicious, and made such a special moment even more unforgettable. I’m so thankful for Christine’s kindness, talent, and willingness to help when it mattered most. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and delivers amazing quality, Bake My Day is it. 💙🎂

“New bakery that just openedBrie was extremely nice and had so many delicious options.From cupcakes, cookies, brownies and cinnamon rolls I had to try one of everything and there was coffee to pair with it. The baked goods were a perfect treat to share with my family when we visited and the outside patio was the perfect setting with blooming rose buds. It’s great and convenient for a quick pick me up or to sit down and catch up over coffee and delicious pastries.“

“We went in tonight for some ice cream and we were very impressed with Solomon! He gave us our ice cream with a nice little performance as well! That guy can flip some ice cream real high and catch it in the cup effortlessly! We even saw some more people coming in for ice cream because they saw him doing tricks through the window. Service was great and the ice cream did not disappoint!“

The cake was perfectly moist, and the frosting was rich without being overly sweet just the right balance. You can really taste the freshness, and it felt like a little moment of happiness in dessert form. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors. “Basically when I ask for a Ice cream shake for create your own, I ask the lady for a shake, for the ice cream it was cinnamon roll flavor ice cream shake with mix in's toppings in it and she did really good also not only that, she had a really sweet smile & kindness, and so once I tasted my Cinnamon roll shake, it was really GOOD! I give it a 100/10 :)“

“I got the queso de bola ensaymadas bite size (9 pcs). While the ensaymadas were soft and tasty, I felt the name shouldn’t have been queso de bola ensaymadas. The cheese which was barely there were like threads and you can’t taste it over the buttercream(though the buttercream was delicious) I should have just gotten the regular cheese ensaymadas.“
