“Came in for a late dinner with a large order (a family of 8) kind of close to closing time. Was having a tough time making the selections for the order and Ana and Priscilla were extremely patient and helpful. They made excellent recommendations and were friendly in the process. In a time where customer service has (typically) become low priority, It was definitely refreshing to experience great customer service! We'll definitely be coming back here in the near future. Highly recommended!“

“Jo and Sofia are amazing and extremely hardworking employees. The other four that were working the 2/2/26 night shift practically abandoned them to disappear off somewhere, leaving them with several customers' orders, online orders, kitchen appliances that were beeping, and an empty cash register with other customers who needed to be rung up, which they tried their very best to do all on their own.“

“This is the first review I have ever written abour anything. The serivce was prompt, friendly, and courteous. The food was absolutely amazing. The price is comparable to any other fast food meal in the vicinity. If you're like me, and have sat there in the drivethru waiting for an inferior meal while looking at this fine establishment wondering what it was about... do yourself a favor and go try this place! Your tastebuds will thank you, and you may actually feel like the "fast"food was worth what you paid for a change!“

“The food was really good..The service was a little lackluster, but it was busy so I'll give them that. All in all its ok... But they charge u for steak sauce, and it's a steak house that makes no sense...and for some reasons the actual plate is extremely hot...“

“Great option for office catering in Rancho Cucamonga. The sandwich platters and salad trays work well for meetings, employee lunches, or group orders. It's a nice alternative to pizza when you need lunch catering for a meeting or small event.“

“We love it here Been coming here since I was a kid & it was Pizza Hut , To Mario’s , Than Milano’s Nd Now Brick Shack 🍕😋 The Pizza is Affordable Nd Delicious Movie Night is Super Cute for the kids & Even tho The Place is Small, & The Place Could Use More Arcades,..They make it a Point To have All dining Areas Open & All Areas Playing The Movie. The Staff is Respectful, Attentive & Nice. If Your looking for A Chill Lil Spot, come to Brick Shack!😎“

“Attentive employees during my visit and consistently good food each time I come. Although somewhat pricey, their burgers, fries and chicken sandwich are very good! The chicken sandwich on sourdough is perfect and filling. Food was hot and brought out pretty quickly also!“

“Wonderful location! Greeted promptly and were responsive to my asking if they had gluten-free dough. Courteous even while prepping to address order of earlier customer. Brian provided excellent customer service! My build your own pizza was made to perfection, and it tasted delicious when I arrived home to enjoy it! Thank you Brian and Blaze team! GF allergies don't allow many treats like this, so I am happy to have Blaze Pizza and a nice experience overall!!!“

“We came with our two kids, and the options for them were cheap, many, and abundant. We didn’t wait for our table on Saturday at 7 PM which is awesome! I want to highlight the outstanding service of Laura, our server. She handled five tables at the same time. She killed it.“

“Me and wife went there the first week they opened The line was down the block We left today was the first time we went there We loved it We missed the soupplantation definitely close to it food very good I wish they'd put one in Redlands California it took us 3 hours to drive there and back ✌️😁 My favorite is the clam chowder & salad bar my wife love their cornbread & chicken noodle soup 👍“
