“I visited this Montclair location in the early afternoon right before dinnertime.
The atmosphere was calm and quiet since the dinnertime crowds had not yet begun.
The Zuppa Toscana was fresh, tasty and hot and it always delivers in taste.
The Spinach and Artichoke dip with the fried pita chips was also a good accompaniment to the soup.
The servers were very friendly and came by often to make sure all was well, the service was excellent.“

“Came in for a late dinner with a large order (a family of 8) kind of close to closing time. Was having a tough time making the selections for the order and Ana and Priscilla were extremely patient and helpful. They made excellent recommendations and were friendly in the process. In a time where customer service has (typically) become low priority, It was definitely refreshing to experience great customer service! We'll definitely be coming back here in the near future. The price is comparable to any other fast food meal in the vicinity. If you're like me, and have sat there in the drivethru waiting for an inferior meal while looking at this fine establishment wondering what it was about... do yourself a favor and go try this place! Your tastebuds will thank you, and you may actually feel like the "fast"food was worth what you paid for a change!“

“Some of the best Mediterranean food in the area- which is saying a lot.

Chicken is always juicy; the rice is always flavorful; the salad has the perfect acidity level and balance of components; hummus is clearly house-made; the toum is rich and potent.

The food is great, and the entire place is usually run by one fella, so have some patience- it's not McDonalds, it won't be ready in 30 seconds.

Slow down and enjoy yourself- well worth the wait. Don't bother with food delivery, just drive down there like a normal human being.

My only gripe? The pita could be warmer. That's it- that's my only complaint.“

“Great place for ramen, and they are not shy about portions. Recommend the ramen for 2 people if getting sushi and sashimi. While on that note, the sashimi we fresh and thick portions. My wife is tough on ramen rating, and she said this was the best. She got the tonkatsu and I got the miso ramen. Great place for date night! Yummy and my compliments to the chefs!“

“Had it delivered as they put out a thanks for being a customer coupon for free delivery which is a plus. Pizzas were still hot, the cheese tasted like real cheese, and the crust is airy crispy and flavorful. Toppings were not skimpy and are quality meats with good flavor. Delivery person found us right away which not many doordashers can do so that was a plus and he was nice and not in a hurry. He also didn’t mind our barking Maltese. Good job Pirates!“

“Stopped here off the highway for a quick lunch on a roadtrip. This place is amazing for a meal that’s not too filling and leaves you satisfied. Portion sizes are giant for the price! I had the grilled salmon with penne pasta and a salad and it was delicious. The salmon is thin cut. This was a perfect meal for us that wasn’t too heavy. The salad was super refreshing and the dressing was tasty. There’s a tiny parking lot in back if you’re lucky. Be prepared to street park.“

“I ordered 10 piece chicken wings and they were tasty and larger than chicken wings you get elsewhere. Plus I tried a slice of pizza that my friends bought. The pizza was tasty but a little too thick of dough for me. I am happy they have a room to eat in because the main area is loud with sports programs.“

“We ordered the spicy hummus, garlic fries, beef shawarma, babakenush?, and cauliflower. My friend saw the baclava and had to try it. So we started with desser. The pistachio was very crispy and chewy and was my friends favorite. The walnut was sweet and chewy which was my favorite. Everything was absolutely delicious! The spicy hummus had a little kick at the beginning but as we ate we didn't taste the kick anymore. The cauliflower is lightly fried and so freaking delicious! I ate it by itself or with some hummus. My friend ate it with the babakanush and some cauliflower sauce and was in love. I tried her babakanush. I don't like eggplant but this was really delicious! Had a lovely garlic flavor that was slightly addicting. The garlic fries was just fries sprinkled with garlic powder but dipped it in the hummus and it was good. The pitas were really good too. I could've eaten more if I wasn't so full. But the beef shawarma was freaking AMAZING!!!!! We both said this was the best Mediterranean food we've ever had. I said no tomatoes to my beef shawarma which I'm glad I did. The flavor was absolutely amazing without it. Definitely 10/10 no complaints at all. And service was awesome too! So kind, friendly, and funny. I can't wait to come back again!“

“Annissa was an amazing server! It is such a small world, I ran into a while back when she was a party host at Mainevent for my son's friend's party. She was amazing then and even amazing now. She brought our drinks and bread under 3 mins to our table, gave wonderful drink recomendaciones. I forgot what the tea was called but it came with an orange slice, it was so good. She was on top of refills for our drinks, breads and soups. I will definitely request to sit in her section for next time!“
