Soup near Montclair

“I visited this Montclair location in the early afternoon right before dinnertime.
The atmosphere was calm and quiet since the dinnertime crowds had not yet begun.
The Zuppa Toscana was fresh, tasty and hot and it always delivers in taste.
The Spinach and Artichoke dip with the fried pita chips was also a good accompaniment to the soup.
The servers were very friendly and came by often to make sure all was well, the service was excellent.“

“As a sip club memember, I come here daily! I appreciate that this location is always clean and has the coffee area always stocked. If its not, they instantly brew the coffee I ask for. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is my favorite panera in the area.“

“Came here for a club dinner and had a great experience. Our server, Rebecca, was wonderful. I got the solo hot pot and went with the miso broth, which was pretty good. What I liked most is that you can pick and choose your own ingredients instead of being stuck with pre-set options. Would recommend!“

“Absolutely amazing experience at Gorgansons! The vegan food was an absolute bomb packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. The vegan fish tacos were delicious, crispy, and loaded with fresh toppings. The vegan burger was equally impressive and full of flavor.

A special shoutout to Mark, the owner, for being so welcoming and creating such incredible vegan options. It’s not always easy to find vegan food that’s this satisfying, but Gorgansons definitely delivers. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious vegan eats. We’ll definitely be back!

“The service was really good, with our waitress Vanessa who was very attentive. There was a mixup at the hostess stand, causing a brief delay in seating. But, that was sorted out soon enough. The bathrooms were a hot mess, with only one operating sink and toilet paper all over the floor.“

“We always order Olive Garden to go. It saves us a lot of money, and we don't have to deal with restaurant wait times, tipping, or waiting for drink refills. Our orders are consistently ready on time for pickup, and they never have a problem including extra breadsticks, salad dressing, or other condiments when we ask. The food is hot, accurate, and convenient every time. For our family, takeout is the best way to enjoy Olive Garden.“

“Coming from Georgia, I always like to try pho broth from different places and like opinions, we all have different ways, tastes, and/or flavors we like for a pho broth. It is light but I feel like the seasoning comes more from pho seasoning powder vs the actual herbs that are used. Now the broth is okay in my opinion but we also ordered the steak and salad with garlic noodles. The steak was cooked and marinated perfectly but I feel like they should a different type of noodles as it seems it was a bit powdery. Order the coffee, it was very rich and creamy with a bit of vanilla (?) added flavor. It works and it hit the spot. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I would come back again for coffee and beef dish.“

“Do you miss Soup Plantation as much as I do!?! If so, you have to check this place out. Lots of the good stuff similar to SP, but even more soup choices and the bread is amazing!! When I got there I was surprised there wasn’t much of a line, but by the time we left the line stretched out the door. Such an amazing value for great food.“

The location is nice and clean with quick service. I got the golden noodle I forgot the name but it’s really good. Can’t want to come by again to try the rest of the items. One thing is that they have an appetizer combo deal. Worth getting just to try all the flavors. I ordered a deal and a noodle and had to bring my leftovers home. Really happy that I found this place“

“I just got off a 12 hour night shift and was craving chilaquiles. Thankfully this place was about to open and had chilaquiles on the menu.! They were so good! The salsa rojo was flavorful but not spicy and the chips still had a good crunch. My husband ordered an asada breakfast burrito and he loved it! Will def be returning again.“

“Nothing fancy inside. Tables and chairs, enough for maybe for 30 people. Taiwanese cuisine. Not American style Chinese food. Having been to Taiwan and a Taiwanese wife, it was pretty good. The salt and pepper pork chops, not sure if it was really pork. The texture was like a vegan patty, not sure. Zero bone, and somewhat spongy looking. But all in all it satisfied the craving for a Taiwanese inspired meal. Lou Ro Fan was good, but had a lot of sauce. I’d prefer more meat and less sauce. Sorry I didn’t take pictures, I usually do. But if you like Taiwanese food, or looking for something different, we can recommend BD Cafe.“

“The staff was very polite and patient, th atmosphere is pretty quiet but also pretty loud(i.e. not enough to be so loud but also not dead quiet). The food was good, though, some foods can use maybe a bit more of this and that. Nonetheless, it was a good experience for me at Panera Bread“

“The food and service is incredible here! The sandwiches were delicious! I got the pesto chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint! Bread was so soft and fresh. As soon as you walk in, you get a warm welcome from the friendly staff. Sandra took our order and was so nice and helpful. Will definitely be bringing my family here more often!“

“This place is honestly a hidden gem! It seems to be a small family owned place, the staff are incredibly attentive and super nice. Their menu has lots of Thai food available. “My friend mentioned The Pozole Place and suggested we should visit and eat there. We went there this morning, April 28th. We were greeted by a very friendly Server. We ordered pork pozole. I had red and he had the green pozole. To be honest, it was the best and tastiest pozole i ever tasted and ate and i was and grew up next to E.L.A. many years ago. The owners were very friendly and so were the severs . It is a Very nice and clean restaurant . i will definitively be going back and i live 23 miles from The Pozole Place.“

“We decided try this place after picking up our sister from the airport. Atmosphere was clean. Food was decent. They made a mistake on one our orders but quickly rectified it. First time here with family.

The establishment is pretty much self-service based with a large open dining area with communal tables in the middle and two seat booths along the side walls.

Ordered their combo dumpling bowl with hot & sour soup, pork chop, house noodles, mala spicy beef noodles soup, and oolong milk tea with Bob and pudding.

Place order via kiosk. It was easy to navigate and see what the dish you're ordering looks like.“

“My son and I are both foodies. As he's said, this is one of the best authentic Chinese (Cantonese) restaurants in the area. We had clay pot, wonton noodle, shrimp scrambled eggs and a veggie dish. Please go so this place will be successful.“

“One of my family's favorite sushi restaurants! Sushi is always fresh and well-balanced in flavor. Tried their cold cha soba and I thought it was pretty good! A nice treat to have on a warm spring or hot summer day. Their fried ice cream is SO. GOOD. too! If you have enough room in your belly after packing in all that sushi, definitely try it out.“

“Haven't had much of the food here but the pastries are standard good. Like most Paneras (I've been to tons across the country), it's always slightly dirty (tables aren't cleaned regularly and area gets dusty and messy with food scraps, napkins, etc.) since they don't seem to clean often. But the ambience is top notch if you want a busy cafe (I do for studying) with regulars. Usually a lot of high school students in the afternoon but also plenty of other folks from around the surrounding cities. Staff is generally accommodating and friendly. And the Shoppes in general are nice with plenty of things to eat and see outside (Barnes and Noble, etc). Outside of the lack of cleaner tables/floors/restrooms, this is one of my favorite Paneras to get work done or meet friends.

Parking: Parking is plentiful depending on hours. But afternoons/evenings can be rough.“
