“First time here. The ingredients were fresh, though I'd appreciate some corn on the cob instead of just baby corn. Some tongs or ladles would be good for getting certain items from the pot. Potatoes and lotus need more cooking time than sterno flame can provide. Other than that the service was excellent and I love the coziness of the interior. However, hot pot for me should always have corn on the cob!“

“This is a soondubu (spicy silky soft tofu soup) restaurant like BCD chain. You can order combo menu with a meat or fish entree with a version of soondubu soup. You can select the spicy level and toppings for the soup. I thought the soup is really good but the meat dishes except for the LA rib were too sweet. Ban Chan (side dishes) were just average. For Diamond Bar I think this outlet is fine. There is plenty of parking in the shopping mall lot.

“Decent Taiwanese styled Chinese food located inside of the H Mart Plaza. It offers a wide range of dishes. It also has goose meat, which I used to love at this restaurant. They have now brought the goose dish back and I will try it on our next visit. On weekdays, it has a lunch special menu that offers a quick lunch at a reasonable price, including the Beef Noodle Soup. My rice noodle was fine, except it got a lot smaller than what I can remember. No thanks to inflation.“

“I love this place. It's my new favorite place. I know since I found it I've been going at least twice a week. The food is so good. The staff is so awesome and friendly and this place overall is such a vibe. The music is always playing. While I'm waiting for my food, it be jamming and I be singing and chilling 😅 also they have so many options and specials. The food is so affordable I haven't seen anything on the menu over $14 and for a vegan. If you know you know 🙄 And they even have a day where they give out free soup. “We ordered the BBQ beef short ribs, tofu soup, and the Mashito Pork Bibimbap. The seasoning on the ribs was excellent and the meat was incredibly tender. The tofu soup had the perfect flavor and the portion was very generous. The side dishes paired really well with the main dishes. The service was also outstanding, the staff was always attentive and ready whenever we needed anything. The restaurant was very clean and it’s a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. “Thanks to my son in law we got to try a new spot. How Rowland Heights has changed since the 80’s. Just love the rich food scene. Be forewarned. Friday and Saturday nights the parking can be very challenging. Once seated service was quick. But here is how it works. You order your broth selection an some premium proteins online. The rest is pretty much self service from the various refrigerators. Seafood, beef tendon, beef with cilantro, gizzards, plenty of mushrooms, and veggies. You select what you want and take it back to your table and immerse in the broth. Feels very cafe style which I just enjoyed. Totally a find. I will be back.“

“I am not Korean but I love this restaurant. They serve true comfort food. The galbi tang is so tasty as well as the braised beef. Now that they started serving rice cake soup with dumpling, all of my Korean comfort food is in one place. Yay!“
