“I had an awesome experience at Subway today. The place was super clean and the whole visit was quick and easy, but the best part was the service. Kassidy took my order and she was genuinely great. Friendly, patient, and actually paid attention to what I wanted instead of rushing through it. She put my sandwich together perfectly and made the whole interaction feel relaxed.“
“Today I received phenomenal Service from Amy, she was extremely kind and I really enjoyed our conversation. Very understanding and patient. Also my hot shot Italiano sub was delicious as always. “Got here early at 8:06 a.m. Since I had the a dentist appointment at 8:30 figured I'd stop by to get something to eat before hand and the lady who opened was super nice and very professional. The tuna was super fresh and delicious, thank you again for the awesome service!!“

“I stopped in here for a quick bite. I got the turkey on wheat bread sandwich kid's meal.They let me substitute soda for the juice and a cookie for the applesauce. The sandwich was delicious and just the right amount of food for my small appetite.The service was quick and great. The cookie was fresh. The wheat bread was soft and fresh.A great little meal for $5.
Vegetarian options: lots of vegetable options for your sandwich.
Kid-friendliness: healthy kid food options and they come with a toy.

“We received coupons in the mail and decided to grab lunch here. Upon ordering, the worker asked if we had a coupon. When I said yes, she stated the computer wouldn't take it. I downloaded the Subway app to see if they had any deals for the footlongs I wanted to purchase. The only coupon was a $6.99 meal of the day. I bought the footlongs full priced anyways, but want others to know this location doesn't accept the buy 2 footlongs for $13.99.“

“Went into this location on 2-5-2021 around 3pm and could not decide what to get. There was a very polite and professional employee named Danika and I asked her to make me anything she'd eat. I believe she called it a turkey Italiano! Or as my coworker and I called it a whatever sandwich because it had plenty of ingredients lol. But it was very delicious!!! Thanks Danika ! “REALLY NICE SANDWICH DUDE! I came in on a late Thursday night and the gentleman running the place (BY HIMSELF) had a fantastic attitude and demeanor! He was busy but never got flustered or agitated. He was very professional and handled my sandwich with care. I ordered The Boss and it was delicious, one of the best sandwiches I've had at this franchise.
My only issue is that the guy ran out of a lot of veggies and other sandwich items. My parents missed out on several needed ingredients and they noticed the flavor was missing from their sandwiches because of it. The guy was upfront about the issue and it's somewhat understandable. He's probably dealing with a weak manager who doesn't properly stock the store, it's not his fault.
We also got some drinks and my parents missed out on getting Diet Coke from the fountain (they also ran out of that lol). The guy made it up to us though and gave us some bottled Diet Cokes since we already paid. Like I said, he was wonderful! I felt right at home at this Subway and the vibes were immaculate.
This Subway is close to several hotels and the Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario hub. It's connected to a gas station but it's not part of it! This Subway is exceptionally clean.“
