The Backyard BBQ and Burgers and honestly, the mushroom burger stole the show. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with mushrooms that were rich, savory, and not greasy at all.
Everything was balanced — the bun, the toppings, the seasoning — nothing overpowering, just done right.
You can tell the ingredients are fresh and handled with care. Portions were solid, prices felt fair, and the vibe was relaxed and welcoming, like a true neighborhood spot. Staff was friendly and easygoing, which always makes the food taste even better. This is the kind of place you crave again a few days later without even thinking about it. I’ll definitely be back to work through more of the menu.”

“I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. I live about 5 minutes away and go to the spa and the restaurant all the time. But at 2am when my heater went out. They didn’t even bat an eye to get my husband and I and our two young children into a cozy room. Thank you 🙏”

“It takes A LOT for me to go searching to write a review, and I’m doing just that! First time randomly having this pizza and I was blown away! The crust was soft but with a little crunch. We got a half veggie and half Hawaiian. The Hawaiian side was my choice (hope that doesn’t affect anyone’s opinion of my review lol), but I LOVED the veggie! I’m not totally sure what was on it, but everything was so fresh and different than any other veggie pizza I’ve ever had! The Hawaiian was great too though! I live nowhere near Rancho, but I’ll probably make a trip that way just for this pizza. Thanks!”

“Great food, great family and staff, and nice and clean location. We had the Italian boss sandwich on fresh sourdough trucked in from San Francisco that day.. unbelievably yummy! The cannolis are amazing, and the chicken parmigiana was delicious. Great prices too! Definitely recommend!!!”

“The owners are so incredibly friendly and attentive. Food came out expeditiously. Wish they automatically included all of the dining room condiments with your takeout order; they ask you if you want tartar sauce and ketchup. But, there's no lemon or malt vinegar offered. Their fish is also fried incredibly soft. Some of the edges were crispy. Next time I'll ask them to fry it longer. Fish portion is also very small.”

“We really enjoyed ourselves at Rudy's Hideaway. Food was delicious! We shared an appetizer, fried calamari. For our entrée: *8oz lobster tail, baked potato and green beans *Surf and Turf, which included prime rib, king crab leg, baked potato and green beans. We ended our meal having cheesecake with raspberry sauce and creme brulee. Our sever was attentive and polite. He went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasure. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. We will definitely be back...highly recommend!”

“I love this place. It's great for business lunch, personal lunch, dinner... heck if they had breakfast I'd probably eat that here too. I love their fresh rolls with peanut sauce, pad thai, yellow curry, and especially the ginger wok dish - my favorite. They accommodate gluten allergy and have coconut or regular dairy for the thai tea. My friends regularly get other amazing dishes that I can't eat but they really enjoy the flavor. Lots of good vegetables. Good lunch specials. Seriously, my favorite thai restaurant in Folsom. I've done dine in and take out with consistent quality. So good.”

“Tried the weekend buffet. Very tasty and fresh. Was quite busy so took a bit to refill the buffet. Overall everything was delicious and lots of variety. Staff was friendly but tend to be soft spoken so hard to hear when busy. Food was a bit spicy but overall delicious. Clean and bright restaurant.”

“These are some of the best sandwiches I have had in the area! The bread is always nice and soft, all the ingredients are fresh and taste great. Then 2 for deal is insane. Small sub with a salad. Salads are huge and taste fantastic. I have a kid that would get the hot Bobbie every day if they could, she loves thanksgiving and this brings her joy. And if I am being honest I could probably eat at capriottis every day also. Only thing that's not great is the parking, but that's totally out of their hands, it's a new community and the restaurants located here are popular”
