Tonight was crazy busy, yet Sandra and another female employee took time to get extra placemats, wipe tables down quickly, get hats for kids, chat with guests, bring food straight to tables, etc. They cleaned up spilled sodas and fries with smiles still on their faces. Gems, both of them.
Sandra really makes the whole experience better from start to finish. She is incredibly sweet, attentive, and always on top of everything. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and works hard to make sure everyone feels taken care of. Even when things are busy, she stays friendly, organized, and positive. Her attitude and attention to detail make such a difference, and experiences like this are why people keep coming back.
