Great place in Redding to have a great burger, fries and a shake. My bother and I went in and asked for extre mustard on our burgers and this nice lady she looked new, We haven't seen her before she brought our food out and gave us a cup of extra mustard just in case there wasn't enough on our burgers. We were so surprised that she even thought of that. We went back in and she had taken our order this time. She was very polite and read back our order. We hope she sticks...
I lived in Redding for almost 24 years and decided today was the day to finally try Bartel's Giant Burger. The fries were above excellent, the cheeseburger was juicy, and the bacon was nice and crispy. Two nice ladies in there holding the fort down. My only complaint was that the seating was kinda small. As a fat man I usually need extra room. Next time I come back I'm trying a milkshake.
Burgers were good and a good value, and the fries were some of the best fries we've had in Redding. The store was locked and we were waiting out front for about 10 minutes when the place was supposed to have been open for 30 minutes. Also they got one of our orders wrong but quickly remedied the situation.
