Einstein Bros Bagels Reviews
I called after part of my order had been forgotten by Doordash. The owner Mike got on the phone with me and not only apologized, but also offered to BRING my food to me!!! I haven't had this type of customer service in quite awhile. I am so impressed with the way he personally handled the situation. Plus, their bagels are amazing! Thank you Manhatten Bagel 😊
Awesome bagel today, ham & Swiss on an aceago bagel bun with fresh cut tomatoes, lettuce, and red onion
Hit the spot perfectly. Thanks Mike Wilson and Abriana.
They were clerly staffed but unablw to get me my order in less then 20 minutes, after watching numerous customers order and be served with prompt apologies for timeliness my name was called where there there in the employee said oh yeah it's been sitting here for a while with no apologies. I get my bagel back to my work where I am late now open it up only to find that it's been burnt. I will no longer be giving you my patronage nor will I be a referring your business to anyone.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a local restaurant that offers a wide variety of high-quality bagels that are remarkably good and fresh. The bagel selection is impressive, and customers can buy a sack full of fresh bagels to take home. The restaurant is small, making it difficult to navigate during busy times, and finding a table can be hard. Some customers have enjoyed meals like the Nova Lox bagel and the cheddar bacon egg sandwich, noting the flavors and freshness. While the staff is described as polite and helpful, some customers feel the service can be inconsistent, with a neutral energy from the team. The app can be difficult to use, and not everything offered in the restaurant is available via the app. Additionally, the restaurant's layout can be chaotic, especially during peak hours, with long lines and a locked bathroom requiring a code. Despite some drawbacks, the bagels are a major draw, and customers appreciate the quality of the bread. The atmosphere could use some improvement, but the food remains a highlight. Overall, Einstein Bros. Bagels is a good option for brunch or breakfast, but customers may need to be patient with the crowds and service.
