RAW in Redding is one of our go-to spots for a reason! From pasta and salads to sushi, RAW truly has it all. Their crab, bacon, and shrimp mac and cheese is to die for and the sushi is always fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere feels like fine dining but still warm and welcoming. The staff are incredible always kind, attentive, and professional. We absolutely love this place and can’t recommend it enough!

The dumplings were excellent. We sat at the bar for dinner service and the server (I don’t remember his name, but it was a woman’s name typically) was so welcoming and friendly. Would come again if I happened to be in Redding — it’s a short walk from most of the hotels in that area.
