It's a nice, big space with an open and comfortable atmosphere. The young staff are pleasant and professional, doing a very good job making drinks. Customers can enjoy a nice tea or a pour over of their Ethiopian blend, with tasting notes of caramel and chocolate. Theory was a lovely little coffee shop with a calm, modern vibe.
