“Grabbed two slices — a classic pepperoni and the pizza of the day, which came loaded with sausage, ham, and bacon. Both were really good with a nice crisp crust and generous toppings. That said, the pepperoni slice was super salty — a bit too much for my taste. The meat-loaded slice was more balanced and definitely the winner between the two.“

“I've been coming to Surfer Joe's since I was a kid, but once I became an adult and their new location is in the same city as my office, I get to enjoy their food for lunch much more often. Their Submarine Sandwich is by far my favorite item on the menu. The bread totally different from most sandwich breads which makes it SO GOOD! If you haven't had a chance to come here for lunch or dinner, you need to make room for their delicious food. Plus the service is great as well. “Got to the restaurant to pick up our order and it had already been picked up by someone else before we got there. Something that is totally possible because of the way they just have peoples names and status of order on the window. Guy at the window said “it happens” which is whatever but there should really be a way to verify that’s who is supposed to pick up the pizza! A simple “what’s the last four of the phone number on the order” could keep this issue from happening again. Also alittle more accountability. They told us our order was “missing” even though our names were on the screen so we knew they got it. Instead of saying they messed up and are fixing it. Ultimately we got our pizza at no charge and it wasn’t that big of a deal but a few more processes put in place could save a lot of hassle and money in the future. They just opened though so there’s time to improve.“
