My partner and I were craving pseudo-healthy asian food and hadn't had hot pot in forever, so we checked this place out for the first time. It was great and will definitely be in our regular rotation going forward! We came later on a Monday, so the restaurant was relatively quiet and the service was attentive. This was a great place to take a family. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is fresh and high quality. The make your own Ramen experience is entertaining, fun, and kind of rewarding to prepare your own food from a host of fresh ingredients. There are a multitude of broth options for the Ramen, and many ways to customize. I don't know if this brand is outside of California, but I would like to come back here soon.
