We recently visited Marufuku Ramen in Redwood for lunch. The service was really good and so was atmosphere. We were little disappointed by the Ramen, but curry rice was tasty and the veggies served were cooked to perfection.

It's a really nice modern Japanese Ramen restaurant

They have a few other things aside from ramen

I had the regular ramen extra spicy 4.5 stars. The broth was rich and creamy All ramen are too salty for me. This one was just a bit salty.

One of our group had vegetarian 4.5 stars

And rice with sashimi bowl 4.5 stars

And veggie bao 4 stars

Marufuku ramen is the best. I always have to fast before going to a ramen spot, simply because one bowl contains too many calories, and I could never finish a bowl. And for people like me, Murufuku has a solution - the veg up options. So, instead of eating noodles, you can just replace with veggies and not feel guilty adding 300-400 plus calories. It's just freaking genius, because I can still enjoy ramen with my friends while doing a low carb diet. And also, I have to be...
