Max's Cafe of Redwood City

I have always been a fan of Max's, be it Stanford or Burlingame. I have been coming to this location off and on for over 15 years. Bummer that Stanford closed its closest location to me :( Take out the kleenex and have a boo hoo party with me, will ya? Lol I am a huge fan of their sandwiches especially the Hot Pastrami/ Hot Corned Beef. Then, of course, their Grandmas Honey Roasted Chicken which is awesome, as well as their burgers. Staff is awesome! Order the the Nachos and add steak super yummy. I love all the Beaver condiments they place on the table. The reason for the 3 stars I've ordered some things which were very tasty and others that weren't so great Either way I would give it a try if your in the area. I do like the Redwood City location a tad bit better than Burlingame.

We came here for brunch on Father's Day. Party of 9. I'd rate everything from parking, restaurant and customer service as mediocre which is why it's 4 stars. I'll admit I enjoy their generous portions of food/dessert. I probably wouldn't come here, personally, unless it was whoever I have plans with idea to try this place.
