Interesting cafe with searing inside in a conservatory like area with lots of hanging plants and more seating outside in the garden.
Food ranges from cafe pastries and bakes to sandwiches, soup and salads.
Process flow could improve, basically you need to memorise items you pass on the counters, quickly look at the menu which excludes those and list the other options whilst at the cashier. No signboard menu.
The cashier's try to multi task to keep the queue progressing.

Everyone here is wonderful! The sandwiches, croissants, and everything else we tried were absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We will definitely stop by again on our next visit to Filoli!
Quail Cafe is tucked inside the premise of the Fioli Historic house. We came here for an afternoon tea. There was no electricity at the time but yet the lady that served us was extremely nice. She apologized profusely and offered to give us a few more sweet treats as a result of not having hot items.
