They are very slow, 25 minutes for a drink and there was no one around.

I’m only giving this Starbucks 3 stars because the guy who helped us was kind and apologetic, even though my drink was messed up. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating.
The drive-thru customers were served much faster than those of us who placed mobile orders and had to park and go inside to pick them up. It honestly felt like mobile orders were an afterthought.
