During one of my dining-in visits the store manager, Jabari (?), and Jocelyn, who was training at the time, were very attentive and made sure my experience and food were amazing. I love Habit and they are part of why I frequent this location.

This new Habit Burger & Grill location has become a local treasure for its fantastic food and outstanding customer service. The food is fresh and delicious, with burgers featuring fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and no stale bun, while the fries are fluffy and tasted great. The combo was filling, and calorie wise it was more than 2 meals. The ordering process was smooth, and the building is very clean, with a huge parking lot with plenty of places to park.
The store manager and staff go above and beyond, even remaking a whole order placed at the wrong location in less than 10 minutes. One team member was patient and generous while helping customers order, even walking out to a car to help navigate the app and promo codes, and was incredibly honest and helpful in getting a phone back after hours. Another team member was very attentive and made sure the experience and food were amazing.
One suggestion is to increase communication between team members and the attention of the person handling to go orders, as orders were waiting on the counter while staff wasn’t turning around. More vegetarian/ vegan options were also requested. A loyal customer had a disappointing experience when an order sat and the food was cold, though the food itself was good. The wait time for 1 burger combo was 8 minutes. The prices brought it down for some, but it was enjoyable and would eat it again.
