I usually order online and pick up through the drive thru..

I was eating my delicious Chipotle sandwich when I bite it and taste like a weird flavor not normal and a hard piece, I dint wanted like spit it out because I was a lunch with my coworkers but as I was eating it it was getting worse.. so with all my embarrassment took the piece out of my mouth and find a piece of crayons the black crayons the they use to check the list like to make sure everything is complete.. my sandwich was delicious as always just please be more careful about it I know I wasn't on purpose but it was kind of embarrassing having to spitter out in front of people.“

However I've had different experiences.
There's a young woman with a crappy attitude. If I ask if there's a spoon in the bag, it's like I'm personally offending her. Yet! I've had them forget my spoon several times. Then there's the super friendly cashier that forgot to check the bag and notice half my order is missing.
It's the luck of the draw.
