“I appreciate having a drive thru panera locally
However I've had different experiences.
There's a young woman with a crappy attitude. If I ask if there's a spoon in the bag, it's like I'm personally offending her. Yet! I've had them forget my spoon several times. Then there's the super friendly cashier that forgot to check the bag and notice half my order is missing.
It's the luck of the draw.

“By far, the best experience at any Panera. The manager quickly assisted me when I was having issues with the kiosk. Rang me up at register and fixed the issue.
All the staff I encountered was pleasant and smiling despite my late visit.
I'll return here for sure.
