I've been craving a Steak & Eggs breakfast for sometime now. The Rodeo Cafe got good reviews on Yelp so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the Ribeye Steak & Eggs w/ Rodeo Potato's and a Biscuit w/Gravy. The portions were good. Certainly more than I could finish in one sitting. The steak was cooked to order (medium) and the eggs were over easy. The steak was flavorful. I'm not the type to use any steak sauce because I like the flavor of the meat.
