Updating 2 years later: this place has only gotten better with age. Came here this morning with a big group of my family to celebrate birthdays and mother's Day. This is the place I come to when I want my mom's Salvadoran cooking, it's just about the same. Delicious, fresh, authentic. Looking at the few low star reviews on here and I'm convinced those people do not know what they're talking about. This place is some of the best salvi food you'll find in rialto.“

“There is Salvadoran food: Pupusas revuelta, cheese with loroco, pork rinds, fried yucca, fried plantains with cream and beans, empanadas with leche poliada, corn and meat tamales, and meat dishes. Chicken soup and more.
They also have Mexican food tacos burros and more dishes to choose from.“

“Their foods aren't fast food like, all their ingredients are fresh and your order is made individually which gave me a sence of special. You should order over the phone to get your order ready when you arrive to pick up. Otherwise you could wait as long as 35 minutes if you order at the restaurant. Their only downfall is in their menu, it was confusing and I didn't know Much of what they had available.“

“It's a small rink a dink hole in the wall but so well worth the drive from Banning for the food ... Everything was made fresh on the spot portions are are filling food so flavorful ... I got the pupusas my husband got the ham eggs and hash brown plate The ham was a ham steak not just some little piece of meat but a big ham steak the pupusas the size of my hand. The sauce and veggies fresh and mouth watering...“

“Really nice place. Pupusas are super good, salsa is super good, and it comes with a smaller spicier sauce that you can add to adjust the spiciness to your liking. It is a little on the warmer side inside the store but the wait is only about 5 minutes so it’s not bad at all.

Parking: Not too many parking spots but they’re usually available.“

“I love this place. Only place in Jurupa that I trust for fresh pupusas with actual chicharron. They do not skimp on the ingredients and their salsa is always spicy n flavorful. You won't regret supporting this local business. The plantains are delish after your pupuas btw. My go to are the queso con loroco and the chicharron con queso; but the revueltas are so bomb too. Love love love“

“I had a really good caldo de Res, it was very delicious, place is very decent and clean, nice family owners are from Chalatenango the town I was born in El Salvador 🇸🇻 I don’t usually leave reviews but this place makes the difference with the food, the server needs to smile more lol but nothing bad.

By the way I also order some pupusas revueltas to go…. Very yummy 😋“

“The food was really good! We got Pupusas like there’s no tomorrow. My only critique on the pupusa is that they ended up falling apart a bit. Some other of my favorite places in LA tend to stick together when you put curtido and salsa. We also got it to go because I think they were having water issues.“

I have been going to El Palmer Restaurant for years. The food is made to order, and the ambiance is welcoming. Just recently, I tried their beef soup and cow heel soup with tripe. “The pupusas at this place will hit the spot!! Wednesdays you can get them for $1.35 😱😱😱😱😱 but the catch is that you can only take them to go, which all I can think of is that at least they won't have to clean after you but am still trying to find the logic in that. They also have a minimum of 5 pupusas. People order 20 or 30 at a time so call in your order and pick it up once is ready, otherwise you will be waiting for over an hour. But they are totally worth it!!“

“Recently went here not realizing that they close at 7pm, was still able to place an order at around 6:45pm for take out instead. Ordered the #1 combo of 2 pupusas, arroz, frijoles y platano fritos. And another order of two pupusas. It was good and my lil one at her pupusas. Would go again and would make sure to get there earlier to eat in.“
