“This Salvadorian food was an absolute delight, a truly authentic and delicious experience! It's hands down the best place to enjoy real, Salvadoran food. We savored a plate of platanitos con frijoles con queso y crema. The traditional Salvadorian breakfast of huevos picados, casamiento, crema, queso, y platano was a nostalgic trip, reminding me of my favorite flavors. We also devoured pupusas revueltas and queso con loroco, each bite bursting with traditional goodness. And the empanadas de leche? Heavenly! To wash it all down, the horchata and ensalada drinks were the perfect refreshing complements. Everything was simply amazing. We're already planning our next visit to try their tamales and pan con chumpe!“

“Let me start by saying this, I've tried pupusas from San Diego to Santa Barbara and everywhere in between. The owner, Sra Anita has a very bubbly personality and makes you feel right at home. This place takes you back to where abuelita used to cook for the family. Karen, her daughter is in charge of the kitchen and she makes the most delicious and savory pupusas. I almost licked the plate clean. I'll definitely be back. This place, the ladies and the food deserve 10 stars. I had to drive an hour to get here and I'll be back, for sure. “This food truck is a hidden jem! We drove by it all the time, but finally stopped there today and we are very impressed! The service was good, the prices are fair, and the food speaks for itself. I have not had a pupusa with such great beans in it! Also, their cheese is high quality, and their meat is fresh! The curtido is delicious and the salsa is perfectly mild and spicy at the same time. Honestly, waiting 10 minutes for 4 pupusas is an amazing timeframe for fresh food! Please stop by and try this place!“

“This is my second time coming back to this family restaurant. Everything is so GOOD!!! Me and my friends come here when we are craving some delicious Mexican food. The aguas frescas are to die for!!. I seen comments saying how they take a very long time which isn’t true! They do take their time but no more than 10 minutes and my food is always fresh and hot!!. Establishment is very clean and servers are very attentive will be coming again 😊!!“

“Kathy was very nice and attentive. She took our order patiently and answered the questions we had. Our food came in a timely manner and very hot. I had the caldo de gallina and my partner had their pupusas, which by the way, are very delicious. Overall atmosphere was family friendly.“

“Wednesday and Fridays special is nothing to miss out. Revueltas for 1.50. Tasty and something you dont want to miss. Not so many Salvi spots in the IE but we order the special and they do not disappoint. Try it out. We usually order 12 pupusas and they are great.“

“I saw this place on my way to the dmv and decided to try. It was the best experience ever in a salvadorian restaurant I had ever had! The staff are super friendly and professional. The food is fresh and so delicious. Place is clean which is something I always look at when dining. Overall amazing place to dine for salvadorian flavor :)“

“This restaurant is in a house, just to let you know. It might be better to order online to go from the sign outside? I had to walk around for a bit to find the entrance and then I tried ringing the doorbell but that didn’t work 😂 it is very nice inside tho and I had a really good time getting food from here. I don’t speak Spanish, and everyone was very nice and accommodating and they take card. The food was great! I had two papusas for $8 and it was very filling and delicious.“

“There is Salvadoran food: Pupusas revuelta, cheese with loroco, pork rinds, fried yucca, fried plantains with cream and beans, empanadas with leche poliada, corn and meat tamales, and meat dishes. Chicken soup and more.
They also have Mexican food tacos burros and more dishes to choose from.“

“This place is awesome because it still has the playground, it is always packed that’s the only thing that sucks but this is my childhood Mickey D’s many memories. Who can’t go wrong with some chicken nuggets and hamburger!“

“Really nice place. Pupusas are super good, salsa is super good, and it comes with a smaller spicier sauce that you can add to adjust the spiciness to your liking. It is a little on the warmer side inside the store but the wait is only about 5 minutes so it’s not bad at all.

Parking: Not too many parking spots but they’re usually available.“

“Recently went here not realizing that they close at 7pm, was still able to place an order at around 6:45pm for take out instead. Ordered the #1 combo of 2 pupusas, arroz, frijoles y platano fritos. And another order of two pupusas. It was good and my lil one at her pupusas. Would go again and would make sure to get there earlier to eat in.“
