You could call Cafe McBryde a hole-in-the-wall however it has the feel of a familiar local spot. The walls are adorned with an eclectic array of artwork and the tables are filled with a diverse range of folks.

The mother daughter duo were very friendly and expedient in their food delivery. The food was outstanding too.

There’s a vegetarian and a vegan section clearly marked on the menu, which I appreciated.

One of the last of a dying breed, this great old school family style diner serves up favorites that made American breakfast great. Pancakes, eggs, sandwiches, you name it they have it.
My test was, and it always is to order an eggs benedict with a bacon substitution, and it was great! I just wish that they had toasted the English muffin a little bit more, but other than that it was great. And in a land of double low-fat pumpkin decaf lattes, a nice straight up cup or...
Love our local neighborhood cafe! Today I tried the Savannah.....waffle with sliced bananas and caramel sauce. While caramel sauce isn't my first choice I decided to try something that I normally would not order. Boy, am I glad that I did! This is my new favorite. I also ordered a side of bacon, crispy (I love my bacon almost burnt) and it was served exactly as if I cooked it myself. Keep doing breakfast the way you do it, Denise and crew!
