The breads look good, but every time i got one of their Artisan loaves (usually garlic or olive), i was disappointed. Maybe their bread doesn't rise properly, but they're very dense and dry inside. Sometimes i get one with huge holes, so you can't use a spread. A baguette should be crusty on the outside, fairly soft on the inside; you could use theirs for baseball practice (even Raymonds does better baguettes, and they're not pretending to be "artisan"). We tried the Whole Garlic loaf and LOVED IT! We ate it warmed up without anything on it and it was a huge hit with kids and adults. Found it in Tahoe so looking to find it closer to home.
Don't know if the bakery site is closed ?. Says the location Richmond CA 94804 on reverse of the package. Irrespective of this, Grace makes an incredible Ancient Grains bread, among others, I'm sure. Bought this at a D'Agostino market branch in NYC. Non-GMO, Organic, certified Kosher.Reminds me of great?quality from years ago.
