“The carnitas tacos here are absolutely incredible!I stopped by the Burrito Ranchero truck for a quick lunch, and these might be some of the best carnitas in the area. The pork is perfectly cooked—super tender and juicy on the inside, but with those amazing crispy, caramelized edges that give it the perfect texture.They serve them traditional street-style on warm, double-layered corn tortillas with plenty of fresh onions and cilantro. Make sure to grab both the red and green salsas; the green is nice and tangy, and the red has a great, smoky kick that cuts right through the richness of the meat.Portions are very generous for the price, and the service was incredibly fast and friendly. This truck is officially a permanent spot on my lunch rotation. Highly recommend!“
