Tried the crab sandwich. It's real crab, but filled with tiny shell fragments. I wound up taking it home, and making a seafood chowder out of it. The service was great, and I loved the atmosphere. They have a coffee table book of one of the owners, whom I met. It is a book of female musicians. Very cool!

the bread for my sandwich and my 3 business partners was stale, not like day old stale, like a week old, hard and almost impossible to bite or chew through stale. Also, sandwich was supposed to be made on a soft brioche roll, and was substituted with this awful stale ciabatta role.

This is a delicious bistro which serves sophisticated foods over the counter. There is usually plenty of seating, and the staff is really friendly. Their menu is much richer than the size of the place suggests, because they have a thriving catering business in the back. I especially like their soups and crab sandwiches.
