“Elena's provides appetizers and dinner for my wedding. The food was outstanding and everyone was asking me who the caterer was. We only had 3 weeks to book caterer before my wedding and Elena's was easy to work with and had everything taken care of. The food and hot plates were delivered at the requested time. Even though we did not eat dinner for over an hour after delivery, everything was still at the perfect temperature. The shrimp appetizer was enjoyed by everyone and the fettuccine chicken alfredo was incredible! Thr BBQ chicken and french fried fish we're hits as well and the 4 salad options were all delicious. We only had 40 guests, so we went with Elena's small part option. There was no shortage of food and everyone had leftovers to take home. Upon me returning the catering dishes, they promptly returned my $100 deposit. I highly recommend Elena's for your event catering needs.“
“Five-stars and then some! We hired the Hidden Table for a private dinner party for fourteen. Chef Eric and Bri were fantastic, friendly, and professional. Our dinner was absolutely delicious. As the party host, it was wonderful to relax, enjoy our company, and to provide a memorable (delicious!) experience for our guests.“

“We had Jackson Catering cater our wedding reception and they were amazing from the get-go! The coordinators, Julie and Danica, were quick to respond to questions and so, so patient! I was trying to juggle multiple things as I planned this reception, so I asked them question after question after question. Sometimes they had already answered the question, but they were always so nice in their response—and quick, too! The food? I had so many compliments on the food! One of my guests—a well-traveled man in his sixties—told me, “I’ve eaten at more the 200 buffets and this is the best I’ve ever been to.” I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on their menu but a few highlights from ours:

The service? Top-notch all the way. I’ll provide an example: A server approached two of my guests offering them a potsticker appetizer. My guests asked if they could have the sliders. The server went back and retrieved the sliders. She then asked my guests if they wanted more. They did, so she went back and got the tray of sliders for them! That’s a lot of back and forth amid a crowded room, but the server made it seem like it was no effort at all.
I remember when my husband and I went to do our tasting at Jackson. The man working security in the lobby told us there was absolutely no one better in terms of catering. He was right.“

“I ordered a breakfast catering for my 20 employees. The catering was full 'service', meaning delivery, set up, breakdown, all utensils, heated chafers....the works. It was fantastic, the food was a hit. Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, chicken sausage (and peppers!), pancakes, oj and water. They were in and out quickly and were very professional and organized.“
“Yarbroughs did our wedding this September and it was absolutely incredible! The food was delicious- we ordered the chicken, tri tip, potato salad and green salad. People are still raving about the chicken! We had the please of speaking to Jill day of and she was so professional and kind. She brought us food and drinks and always made herself available. The set up, clean up and time management was absolutely incredible. Steve/Sheena were excellent at communicating the whole time as well. “I've been working out from Lulu's kitchen for almost 3 1/2yrs now. Since New ownership took place. It has been awesome. Maria the new owner is very friendly, professional and she is also a cook. So she knows the business very well. The kitchen is very clean, all the equipment works. The other chefs, cooks are very friendly people and we all share the area it's enough spaces for everyone to move around . Thank you for being my commissary kitchen for all these years.“
