We ordered the potato skins that were good but a little dry. I ordered the chicken ranch sandwich that was good but my husband was not in love with the French dip aka chunky dunk. We were passing through but maybe be willing to try this place again.“

It was a lunch special recently, it was chicken and shrimp over a bed of spaghetti in a pesto sundried tomato sauce with curry -it was like a fusion between Italian and Indian food 😋 👌 If I could eat this everyday I would. Whoever is cooking, knows what they are doing, it's amazing food. Their service staff is pretty good too, good customer service, on top of their orders and drink service, drinks are not sitting empty forever and take home containers come out in good timing. “My first time at Picasso’s was yesterday for lunch. I ordered the Rafael (French Dip) and a side of macaroni salad. My wife ordered the Kingman and a side of Tomato Pesto Soup. My wife enjoyed the Kingman stating that it was “On Point.” However, she has not stopped raving to everyone about the Tomato Soup. She likes it very much and stated it was the best Tomato Soup she has ever had. My sandwich was so delicious. “Nick the Greek is one of my favorite spots for fresh, flavorful Mediterranean food. The ingredients always taste fresh, the portions are generous, and everything is well seasoned. The gyros are delicious, the meats are tender, and the sides like the fries and pita are always on point. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick, whether dining in or taking out. Overall, it’s a great place for a satisfying and consistent meal. Highly recommend!“

“I had a few tasters to see what I liked, but none really stood out. I only sipped each one. One of the bartenders asked if I even liked beer and felt they were annoyed even though it was not busy. I said that I do like beer and felt pressured to make a decision. Theirs just left an unpleasant bitter taste. The Pina colada was the winner. I remember it last time I was there. As per the food truck, I ordered a regular burrito, asked if it was spicy, and she assured me it wasn't. Paid $13.00 for a burrito regular. I could only take two bites of it and was extremely hot, not even mild. Disappointed. I'd prefer to leave a better review, but it wasn't great.“

“I'm literally obsessed with this place. I found out about it on Tiktok. I'm from Turlock so anytime I'm in Modesto I make sure to go. I always get their chicken family pack and it comes with beans, rice, macaroni salad, and lots of corn tortillas. I also get their pork ribs with bbq and omg it's the best! They grill their meat outside so when you pull into the parking lot you could see and smell it. I always take it to go, and they're very fast with your orders and friendly customer service. They have nice seating inside too with big flat screen TV's. Honestly guys I'm Mexican and have tried a lot of places but this place is definitely a hidden gem. A little hole in the wall 🩷“

“I stepped into Mocha Magic Cafe wearing my Golden Snitch earrings and necklace. Absolutely to celebrate and recognize any local business that Celebrated Harry Potter's Magic Birthday. The shop was charmingly quaint with friendly faces to greet me. Loved the shop ambiance. The Widow displaces were filled with delightful cookies,cupcakes and bagels. There was an extended Hot and Cold Beverage list I snatched a Chocolate peanut butter snitch, that was decadent and delicious. I ordered two other cookies, An Apricot and Chocolate filled. And a Farmers Breakfast Begals. My choice of Begals. I ordered a puffy Crispy Cheese Begal that was displayed. Much to my disappointment, The sandwich I received was very flat. With a thin mayonnaise dressing coming through. I only received the apricot filled cookie the other was a chocolate with white chocolate chips. I took pictures but Was unable to post on this form. Look I loved the place, with all a Charm and friendly hosts a customer would want. But for me the sandwich was a miss. My house Coffee was amazing. And I'll definitely be back for that along.“

“This is my go-to place for coffee. All the food and drinks taste amazing and the baristas are friendly and talkative (unless you are just on your phone bc then they won't disturb you). I really like the matcha and lattes. The atmosphere is neat. I've heard people say that it's not the cleanest, but I think it's part of the grungy vibe. “I went hoping to order 2 dozen cookies. It was my first visit and I had looked on line for a great bakery in my area who had white chocolate macadamia cookies, because they are one of my family members favorite. I stopped in around 10a. Looking at the picture online, it’s a little misleading, that the cookies are 11.50 per dozen. But that is only for ONE type of cookie. The WCM cookie is 42$ a dozen!! 3.50 a cookie.

I bought 2 cookies 1 WCM and a Snickerdoodle. Both moisture and fresh tasting, soft in the center like home made. the price point is a little high.“

They also had hella toppings to choose from like hardshell chocolate and the option to put the frozen yogurt on top of sugar and waffle cones. “I’m not from anywhere, unless you count Fremont, Ca. and my Parents always taught me to be open to trying new food, experiences, and gave me a Passion for Life, That being said, I tried it, I never liked it, until I tasted something called Halal prepared Lamb and Beef and Extra Long Grain Rice and more. I haven’t had anything that I didn’t like or wouldn’t re-order from this local Family Owned establishment! I think one of the most amazing things is trying to describe the flavors of the different spices that aren’t used and typical ““ American cuisine. I found this in my travels to other cultures with other foods where you ask the person to describe the flavor, and they can’t. They are at a loss for words. And so am I? But I know that I won’t be disappointed with anything that I order.“
