“Great vibe….. went for lunch and can se dinner would be a blast here. Sushi was epic and I recommend the plum Sake. Dragon roll good heat and the Nigiri was on point…. Fresh and flavorful. Been ordering door dash from this restaurant… no more…. Eating inside for now on.“

“I did not try the sushi and will on my next visit. Quiet,quaint establishment with a older couple running the show. Great service with great food. My wallet had fallen out of my pocket my last visit...I returned the next afternoon and sure enough, the owner had it. I was so grateful!“

Recent visit was very good.
We had spicy ramen. It is really on spicy side, not just a hint or kick. Be warned, but if you love spicy, I recommend you to try. This was my personal order.
Tempura was great, made to order. Just fried with fresh ingredients. It came with shrimp, and variety of vegetables; sweet potato, broccoli and squash.
Excellent pair with their udon.
We also had fried oysters. This is one of our favorite appetizers. Their freshly fried oyster didn’t disappoint. Sauce and lemon brings the flavor together. But to be honest, fried oysters as it is was already good.
Sushi and bento box were great too. Our family enjoyed our lunch in our latest visit. Looking forward to our next visit.“

“Amazing egg rolls and combo plate. When we went there last night the owner greeted us took our order and made our food.
He told us he has been there for 37 years. We were truly surprised with the 1st bite of the egg roll. My wife said they were the best she has had. I would have to agree. After that we enjoyed our combo chicken plate which was also amazing!! Their prices are also really good too. Will definately be back!!!“

“Whenever we are in Modesto, this is our favorite Poke Bowl place. The employees are always quiet but pleasant. The food is terrific; we wish they gave the option to hand mix it. We often struggle to combine the bowls because of the amount of food in them. The fountain drinks seem to always be on the flatter side. There are about three groups of 4-person tables and one two-person table near the window. It's a simple, self-serve dining experience.“

“This is my go to spot for poke in Modesto their green tea rice is amazing pairs well with all the combinations I have tried thus far. The only reason I rated the atmosphere so low is that I have never eaten like sitting in the restaurant. Customer service is great!“

“Tempura udon w/ o seafood + vege roll's are much appreciated vegan options. I noticed 2 other ones that seemed vg but I don't remember if they were both appetizers or not (at least 1 was.)
Even tho imitation crab typically isn't vg, thought I'd ask in case of the off chance this is. I got mixed answers about whether or not the imitation crab is vg, so vg + vegetarian symbols would be great. That goes for an allergy menu too.
That aside it's a decent option if ur nearby n want quick food that's not fast food.“

“One of the best Sushi place ever. Waiter was attentive, food quality was terrific, food tastes absolutely delicious (except for the chicken katsu, it was dry and a little tough). The salad and miso soup were refreshing. Our waiter took our orders right away after we closed our menus. He refilled our drinks right when it was getting low. The bathroom was clean, the dining area is big so you have more privacy because you’re not sitting right next to another table.“

“My boyfriend and I love it here. I take my family here and they all love it. Always the first choice when I have the cash. The fish is super fresh and buttery and the staff is the best. If u like decently priced sushi rolls and the best takeout chow main this is the place to go.“
