The positive reviews are well deserved, and you can add us to the list. Very nice portion size, very tasty, and all meats pork, beef (Mongolian), and cashew chicken were very tender.

“I did not try the sushi and will on my next visit. Quiet,quaint establishment with a older couple running the show. Great service with great food. My wallet had fallen out of my pocket my last visit...I returned the next afternoon and sure enough, the owner had it. I was so grateful!“

“Upon entering, there is no sign to indicate wait to be seated so you have to ask. Was a little warm inside but not uncomfortable. Ordered the spicy edamame which was fantastic!!!!! Ask for extra sauce because I dipped the rolls in the sauce. Rolls needed to be a little bigger but were good. Would definitely go back.“

“one of the the Best & authentic spots for quick and simple yet very heartwarming teriyaki dishes.customer service is very straightforward and a vibe of old school greet-ful love- very positive atmosphere and respectful here.everything listed on menu you can’t go wrong, as i have no complaints on my end.but i do have my favs.. please do try their # 12. ( i know i don’t have a photo on this review to show - truly you won’t be disappointed though, a simple combo of fried rice / chow mein and their flavorful teriyaki grilled chicken.Now! as their quick finger food or appetizer, definitely the Eggrolls as shown on photo.. something about their catchy tasty ingredients. meaty and crunchy with the veggies all mixed well! it’s addictive that it’s a must for me to grab a tray.“

“Whenever we are in Modesto, this is our favorite Poke Bowl place. The employees are always quiet but pleasant. The food is terrific; we wish they gave the option to hand mix it. We often struggle to combine the bowls because of the amount of food in them. The fountain drinks seem to always be on the flatter side. There are about three groups of 4-person tables and one two-person table near the window. It's a simple, self-serve dining experience.“

“One of the best Sushi place ever. Waiter was attentive, food quality was terrific, food tastes absolutely delicious (except for the chicken katsu, it was dry and a little tough). The salad and miso soup were refreshing. Our waiter took our orders right away after we closed our menus. He refilled our drinks right when it was getting low. The bathroom was clean, the dining area is big so you have more privacy because you’re not sitting right next to another table.“

“Sat down to have a sushi dinner. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated right away. The server gave us some time to review the menu as it was our 1st time here. The rolls are pretty big, shareable portions. The prices are decent, and the sushi rolls were fresh and made to order. I will visit again soon.“
