“This is a sit down faster food place to go that you can take out from call head and it's ready.When you get there. I love their food. I specifically love the barbecue plate.
And I love their macaroni salad here, I always get extra. Their prices are starting to get a little bit ridiculous. And if they keep going up, I'll have to find better bang for my buck, which is okay.Because I like to try new things. My kids also enjoy this place and they all order different things. And so far, none of the food has been bad from this place. And it's relatively quick, within 10 or 15 minutes. My order is ready, hot, and I'm out the door. Wish they would serve more of the beef instead of so much chicken in the barbecue plate. But other than that, I really don't have any complaints. It's worth your time to stop by or call ahead and order your food and pick it up.If you're not feeling like cooking on a friday night.“

The Tri Tip & Brisket was so juicy, so tender that I could use plastic fork to eat. The Macaroni and Cheese was delicious, the noodles are seasoned and that cheese was goey to perfection.
If you love cinnamon rolls, the yams are sweet like them. It’s not overpowering. It compliments the meal!! I loved the potato salad, expertly seasoned!! You can taste the potato and eggs, nothing falls short. Ohhhh and the ribs!! My Son loved them, he said Mom you have to try these. The first bite into the ribs and you get juice and flavor, tender fall off the bone goodness. Everything standing alone is a 10/10. But as a plate together makes this meal 100% food for the Soul. We will be in a food coma after this. I missed the corn bread but next time for sure, it looks incredible and I can’t wait to go again with my lunch buddy. Big thank you for helping us choose our sides. Everything was delicious. I was tempted to lick the plate clean. It’s that great. “I went here as a kid and came back to try some stuff with family, we had the platter with grilled chicken(on the dryer side, but still well seasoned), ribs(smaller side of ribs, still tasted great), fries(nearly perfect, id prefer a bit more salt, but thay only personal preference, no actual complaints), baked beans(tasted much better that I remember), coleslaw(nice and creamy), cornbread muffins(great in general, but be aware, it is moist, I know some people prefer cornbread dry so...), tri tip (very dry unfortunately.) I also tried some pulled pork(tasted great, no complaints) buffalo wings(bone in, small and a bit dryer than I'd like, great sauce, and amazing ranch) I'd come again but I'd probably only order something new with fries“

“I recently visited Ramen 101 and ordered the Mini Meal for $10.99. It comes with one scoop of steamed rice, one scoop of macaroni salad, and vegetables. There are no substitutions allowed for the mini meals, but you do get to choose your protein. The options include barbecue chicken, chicken katsu, teriyaki chicken, barbecue beef, fried shrimp (5 pieces), or island white fish.
I chose the island white fish and really enjoyed it. The portion size was good for the price, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, it was a nice, simple meal and a good option if you’re looking for something filling but not too heavy.“

“We used Rollin Smoke for our wedding and it was delicious. Everything arrived on time and was set up perfectly. They set up everything and made it so easy. People are still talking to us and telling us about the beans and how delicious it all was. We had pulled pork, brisket, beans, and Mac n chz. All of which was delicious. Most definitely recommend this company for any and all catering needs! We will be using them in the future for sure!“

“Just left this place and let me tell you….. 5 STARS! not sure if it’s family owned or not but they sure did make us feel like family. My girlfriend and I did a takeout order and when she was walking out she accidentally dropped it. The people inside saw this and IMMEDIATELY started making another one before they even came out to us. They came out to let us know they were making another one and made us feel so much better. The young girl in the front even came to clean it up right away. THIS is how you run a business. Hands down the best service ever!!!!!“

Staff’s so friendly, you don’t want to leave. **Add your noodles last, and smash your ingredients down as you go to fill it up as much as possible because cooked food shrinks, and you’ll want more than an appetizer portion.
