“Just wanna say that to the employees that were working 12/31/22 you guys are excellent ! Even when you guys were busy and the angry Christian man came in sooo Christian like yelling and cussing at you guys for politely asking the homeless person to leave. You employees were very professional and handled it very well.Just wanna say to that “passionate God-like” man, how about instead of taking it out on the cold stone employees, you use that energy at the next riverbank council meeting? Or instead Of handing someone $20 to pay for overpriced ice cream TO MAKE YOURSELF FEEL GOOD, you should’ve bought that woman a hotel room since you were so worried about her being in the rain. Just a thought.“

“Cold Stone Creamery never fails to deliver when I’m in the mood for something indulgent. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the sweet aroma of freshly mixed waffle cones and the cheerful hum of the staff behind the counter. It’s a fun, upbeat environment that always lifts your mood. Their display of ice cream mix-ins is colorful and inviting—everything from brownies and cookie dough to fruit and candy.
I ordered their “Birthday Cake Remix” and it was just as rich and delicious as I remembered. The ice cream was smooth and creamy, and the mix-ins were fresh and well-balanced. Watching the staff mix it all together on the cold granite slab is part of the fun—there’s a bit of a performance to it that makes the visit feel special. My kids love seeing their creations come to life.
Customer service was friendly and helpful. The young man behind the counter offered helpful suggestions when I was undecided and was patient as my kids debated their toppings. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their time there, both staff and customers. The vibe was welcoming, and the team was clearly trying to keep the energy positive and upbeat.
That said, there’s a reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five. The prices are definitely on the high side, especially for families. A couple of ice cream cups and cones with mix-ins can quickly run up the bill. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but it does make it more of a special-occasion treat than a regular stop.
Another small issue was the cleanliness of the seating area. While the counter and prep area were spotless, a few of the tables hadn’t been wiped down and the trash bin was starting to overflow. It wasn’t a major deal, but it stood out a bit given the otherwise polished presentation. A little more attention to detail here would have bumped the experience up a notch.
Despite those small drawbacks, the quality of the ice cream and the fun atmosphere make Cold Stone a winner. They offer so many customizable options, so there’s really something for everyone. Whether you're a fan of classic vanilla or want to go wild with mix-ins and flavors, Cold Stone gives you room to be creative.
Overall, I’d absolutely come back. Cold Stone Creamery is a great place to treat yourself or celebrate something small with the family. I may not give it a full five stars this time, but it’s still one of our favorite ice cream spots. Looking forward to our next visit—and maybe trying a new flavor combo!“

“A couple of years ago, I found out I was lactose intolerant, which sucks because I love literally all dairy. But they have this silk chocolate almondmilk ice cream, which I think tastes better than regular chocolate!! great service, awesome staff, and good vibes!!!!

“From our wedding cake to monthly baked goods, nothing beats the love put into each order. I highly recommened for any event! Vegan or regular, either option packs a punch of flavor and is made with high quality ingredients. I took one bite into the vegan double chocolate muffins and almost cried. By far my favorite, but the vegan strawberry matcha muffins are up there as well...responsive, communicative, and works with your schedule as well as dietary restrictions or sensitivities.“

“It was really great, I went there last month, and got some ice cream for helping clean up the mall and I was pushing in the chairs and picking up the trash there and they saw me and offered me some ice cream for helping the out as well as the other people there at the mall as well. So I went with it and got some pictures of the place and that was that. I didn't actually eat there but next time I will. So I just wanna say thank you to the owner/manager for creating an establishment where people can come to eat, drink, socialize, and really experience the place for themselves. And thank you to the employees that work there for serving us ice cream and milkshakes and showing us some hospitality around the place. So until next time have a great day and a great week.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽“

“The indoor decorations are neat. The bakery is good. There many choices for coffee and bakery. We ordered a caramel macchiato and a pumpkin spice. The caramel macchiato tasted good but the pumpkin spice tasted overly spiced with light coffee.
The ladies at the registers provided great service with plenty of seats to sit indoor or outdoor.
There are plenty of parking spots.“

“Very friendly place. Inside is well kept. Clean floors. Clean tables. Ice cream was delicious. Honestly more people should come and visit.

Kid-friendliness: Owner is very kind. Big space for kids to walk around and play if they wanted too. Lots of ice cream treats for kids too.“

“I don't usually do reviews but, I have to make an exception for this place. My grandson decided he wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday so after checking out Baskin Robbins I suddenly thought about cold stone and figured it couldn't hurt to look at their website. My grandson said he wanted chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream for his birthday cake and he loves oreo cookies. I checked out their cakes and was surprised to discover that they were less than Baskin Robbins and they had some ready-made cakes with common flavors including the ones my grandson wanted. So, at 830 the night before his bday party we went and bought the cake. I didn't expect much, I've never found a cake with ice cream in it that I felt was very good, the cake is usually dry counting on the ice to be absorbed enough to make it moist, OMG was I in for a shock! Their cake is delicious and moist before the ice cream even had a chance to melt. The cake even cost less than the other ice cream company. It's well worth the price! I highly recommend getting the ice cream cake from here especially if you have adults to serve. The flavors are great and if you order in advance you can customize it according to your taste including the fold ins they offer.“
